Biscuit Cake Recipe Step by Step

The simple glucose biscuit might have been the star ingredient here for preparing an eggless cake without an oven. Simple to make and easy on the pocket, Parle G Biscuit Cake is made with just 7 ingredients. Also, it is a one-bowl recipe, that means add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and then bake it. It has been interesting of using old favorite nostalgic tastes of childhood in new and fun ways. These are the biscuits, that we are enjoying since our childhood. And no matter how many brands and flavors of biscuits and cookies come and go, this will always be a favorite. And making a cake out of it is just pure bliss. Tutti Fruity is another ingredient that reminds of childhood. Along with color, it adds to the taste and also gives this soft cake a bite.

Grease the baking pan very generously with butter or oil. For preparing butter paper at home, take any white sheet of paper, cut into the shape of a cake mold, place the paper in the container and again put oil over the paper and at all the sides as well. Your homemade butter paper is ready.

    Step3

Let’s begin with making a powder out of the Parle G Biscuit, So let’s just add all of these biscuits in a blending jar, (I like to break them roughly and then add it to the blender that way all of them fit easily and we get a fine powder.)

Once done baking, carefully remove the cake tin from the pressure cooker and let it cool completely before unmolding. Run the knife around the corners of the mold, this will help the cake to come out easily. Cut into slices and serve.

    Conclusion

If you prefer an oven or microwave for baking the biscuit cake, preheat it at 180°C for 10-15 minutes in convection mode and then bake it for around 30 minutes or as required.
